We ordered the blanket when double-digit sub-zero temperatures were predicted for us at night. Fast delivery. Blanket fits well and keeps you warm. Unfortunately, after 2 nights I found a tear in the lining, there was a small hole in another place on the outside. The blanket doesn't seem to be as tough as the more expensive blankets. I can't say anything about the water resistance.
