How can I order something?

Please see the How to order page for a detailed explanation on how you can place an order.


How can I return something? (Wrong size, defect, etc.)

Please see the Returns page for a detailed explanation and procedure to return one or multiple items.


I cannot login, what can I do?

You can try resetting your password. If you do this you will receive a new password via E-Mail. Please only press the button once, since otherwise you will receive multiple passwords. Click here to reset your password.


Where is my order?

When you log on to your account you can view your order(s). This will show the state and expected delivery time for your order. Click here to log in. If your order has already been shipped you can follow it with the Track & Trace code that you received via E-Mail. This code will activate in the evening of the day your order is shipped.


Can I add a product to an order that I already placed?

Unfortunately this is not possible. It is only possible to (partially) cancel your order.


Can I cancel my own orders?

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel orders by yourself. If you want to cancel an order please contact us via telephone on +31 (0)858888950


An item arrived broken, what can I do?

In case one or more items you ordered arrived broken or damaged please send an E-Mail to service@agradi.com including the following:

  1. Clear pictures of the damage / broken item so we can make a proper decision on what to do;
  2. The order number
  3. A description of the problem or damage

After we've received your E-mail with pictures and ordernumber we will find a fitting solution. Not all damaged or broken items have to be returned, depending on the item, damage and situation.

I haven't received my order yet, even though it has been shipped. What can I do?

Please check your track & trace code first. If that shows that the package has been delivered but you don't have it please check with your neighbours as DPD might have delivered it to them.


Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately this is not possible, it is only possible to order using the website.


I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, how do I do that?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in at the bottom of the newsletter. If this does not work please send an E-Mail to our customer service.


I have returned one or more items, when will I get my money back?

When we receive a return we try to process it as soon as possible. When the return has been processed we try to refund you directly, or within 2 business days at the latest. Please take into account that due to transport it could take up to a few days before the item(s) actually arrive at our warehouse.
