Very nice whip. Lightweight and long cord. Also makes a nice whip. Only check the ring before/after every use and tighten it if necessary, because the movements of the whip will make it looser over time. You won't notice anything else while lunging.

Very nice lunge whip! Gets sand in there sometimes, but it's easy to get out. Holds well and fits perfectly in my closet.
