The CATAGO Dual Pro rug is a new and innovative two layer rug developed especially for Icelandic horses. The outer rug is made of 600D nylon and with a breathability of 5000 mvp, which makes the rug very durable and breathable for the horse to wear. The half high neck provides extra protection for the horses mane and a good fit for Icelandics. Waterproof to 5000 mm. The nice red details and the reflective pipe give the rug a sporty look. The inner rug is made with a 600D outer fabric and it has a Velcro front closure and one surcingle, this makes the rug suitable a separate stable rug. The rug is delivered containing a rain rug and an inner rug of 100g. Both rugs have a polyester lining to keep the horse’s fur smooth and shiny. 300g inner rug can be purchased separately.

Unfortunately not waterproof

Blanket runs small because my Cross Icelander is normally a size 175 and the 185 fits just fine. Blanket fits nicely, stays straight and is pleasantly light without an underblanket. Underblanket not used. Tail flap with reflection. Some rain no problem, but after the extreme rain of recent times absolutely not waterproof, it is stuck on his wet body. Pity.
