Nice soft leather. Ordered a size larger based on other reviews. That fits well. The chin guard sometimes wants to rotate. I think that is a minus. Furthermore, excellent price-quality ratio.

Fits very small One horse is called cob but it is more like pony size Even now when I try to sell it is too small for horses with cob

Very good leather, but runs big for a thoroughbred. It was far too big for my small horse at 1.56m, very massive! Thoroughbred always fits the size, but he has a fine face!

Very satisfied with this cavesson! It is very nice and high quality and has a nice fit. The cob is ideal for my New Forest D pony with a not too large head.

Bought this cavesson for my 3 year old KWPN but unlike the rest it is not big at all on her. In fact, the bit hangers are much too long and I have to hang them on the ring of the chinstrap to get the bit in the right place (already punched 3 holes but the bit is still flapping). Front strap also hangs way too low above her eye, should have been a straight one from me. In addition, it shifted very much in the beginning and then almost turned in her eye, but that seems to go a lot better after extra holes at the jaw strap. That said, it is a very nice cavesson of quality. It also really smells like leather and is soft and supple. I'm going to puzzle myself how I can adjust it better for her so she can also go into the bit.

Unfortunately it's a bit smaller. German riding pony mare/COB is strapped in the penultimate hole. Great material in terms of leather, nice and soft, seams sewn well, head piece also fits very well.
