Complies with the description. I don't use it on a daily basis but relatively regularly despite everything since I put it on in rainy weather or as a relay for the main cover. She hasn't moved since last year. I am very satisfied with it.

Super waterproof

Top blanket. The horses have worn him all winter (including underblanket etc) and have not been leaked. Also reasonably strong fabric and does not break easily. The blanket lies nicely and has an overall good fit.
