This is fine because of the super thick winter coat of a Friesian, and also because of the downy coat of a KWPN. Gets blunt pretty quickly, after shaving 2 horses, but we shaved them completely bald. Better suited for legs and head, because it vibrates little and is very quiet! The battery lasts a very long time.

Easy to use and very quiet. The knives were blunt quite quickly and there were no extras. So you have to buy a new shaving head/blades pretty soon. Shaved my Shetlander's legs with it and it came through the coat fine.
