Ideal for spring
It is difficult to find a light-colored blanket, while they are so nice for this very varied spring weather. It is still too cold for my pony without a blanket with rain and wind, but with a (dark) colored blanket in the sun it is much too warm. She has been wearing this blanket for a week now and she really likes it! She stays cool in the sun and dry in the rain. It fits nicely, with enough room for her broad shoulders and does not hinder grazing. I did replace the leg strap with a plasticized one, so if you don't like a regular strap, order another strap straight away. And there is no Velcro on the front at the closure, but so far it actually stays in place very nicely. The print is of course also super cute!
