After a fairly severe stomach infection/ulcer, I tested both the Gastro Comp and the Micro comp. Omeprazole does give you some relief, but it doesn't address the cause and I didn't want to use it long term. After the stomach infection I also regularly had vague intestinal complaints (especially pain that came out of nowhere). Tested the Gastro Comp for 2 weeks, I notice little difference. Then tested the Micro Comp and with this I noticed a CLEAR difference, even with just one pill a day. I do take the pill just before breakfast and I have the impression that it works better. Even if you have eaten too much in the evening and your food is really on your stomach, I sometimes dare to take an extra pill and then you notice that your digestion goes faster so that you feel less discomfort (and I can therefore often do better to sleep). This is a really great product!
