Nice product. You have to take it for a while before you notice anything. I felt fitter and lighter. You feel full faster with a meal and the need to snack is less great. I am sporty 172 weighed 68 kilos and I have lost 2.5 kilos

Didn't notice much difference unfortunately. Smell was also not pleasant.
