Super handy clay. In the past I always used green clay, but you have to make larger quantities yourself. This is ready-made and nice and smooth, so you spread it on it. I have used it for months on end on an injury and the skin has remained supple, calm and hydrated. In my opinion it helped to get rid of the swelling. The next day, gently brush off with a rubber rosette brush.

Stays well. Easy to apply. Wash with water, brushing does not want well.

In case of tendon injury a good coolant, hard out giving extra support.
