In line with Kentucky Horsewear’s mission to deliver protective equine legwear with style, the Sheepskin Pastern Wraps look great and offer a lightweight, breathable defenseagainst knocks and injuries to the vulnerable pastern area of the leg. The artificial sheepskin (100% animal friendly) offers excellent cushioning against the skin.

Pasterns are often left exposed by conventional boots and bandages and these wraps styled in neoprene, with a double cushioned outer seam for additional comfort,helpdeflect direct contact from overreaching or from contact with fences while jumping. The wraps can easily be adjusted thankstoa generous single Velcro strap, allowing them to sit snugly around the leg, without anyrisk of movement. Machine washable and easy care, they are a great addition to your tack room, whatever your discipline is. The Sheepskin Pastern Wrap is machine washable at 30°, no dryer.

Soft pastern cavity protection

No more wounds on my trotter thanks to these pastern protectors. Are nice and comfortable and soft for the horse. Dirty quickly of course

Good protectors

Super protects the pastern cavities! Easy on and off. The wool does not give the horse scouring sponges. The wool sometimes makes it a bit more difficult to clean, but after it has been put in the washing machine it is immediately clean.

protects the fetlock very well, unfortunately the manufacturer only offers it in WB, because it is marginally large for ponies.
