I was looking for a thicker riding rug for my horse because his back is quite sensitive in winter. I rode him with this blanket, no matter whether he was riding out or in the hall, which did him very well. The back stayed nice and warm and so he could relax better in cold temperatures. Can highly recommend the product for horses that find it difficult to let go of their backs in cold temperatures.

nice sturdy ride-in blanket lining is very soft after washing it stays nice for a while
