Horse always dry!
I purchased this blanket to replace a major brand fleece lined blanket at the end of its life. I'm not disappointed, the fleece lining does its job: the horse is always dry even in the pouring rain for days on end, the body stays warm even in negative temperatures with wind. Afterwards, like any fleece lined blanket, you have to readjust the lining at least once a day because it does not follow the movement well by hanging on the hair and ends up being pulled back towards the croup. Simply reach around the neckline, grab the liner and pull it forward. It takes 30 seconds. So yes, it's not like a nylon lined blanket, but the guarantee of a warm and dry horse whatever the weather is well worth this little inconvenience. The high neck cut frees the withers correctly and does not damage the mane. Note that I find the cut quite narrow at the neckline, limited for my haflinger mare, suddenly the scratch on the chest does not hold, but the closure with adjustable straps does the job. The ventral girth buckles are already oxidized after a few weeks of use (mare who lies down in areas that are not always clean), and I regret the absence of very practical reflective bands for finding your horse at night in winter.
