The bells are thick and the scratches hold well even when I gallop the horse hard in the sand. They did not turn. I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the faux toupee though. It is a kind of light fabric, empty inside the sausage, far from the level of my Times Rider which has not moved after months of use. It will very quickly settle and become hard. Otherwise overall and for the price they are good!
