Used on the advice of a vet, in combination with a good hoof paste, on a horse whose hooves kept splitting and crumbling. And it is clearly better, hooves are healthier (although they do occasionally crumble a bit, but is also not such a careful horse). Never had any problems ingesting it, he just eats the grains (and is a very difficult horse for taking medicines normally). So after an intensive course, he is now on maintenance dose and for the time being his hooves remain OK. Obviously much better than before. I don't think it's cheap, but hey.

Very nice result, but pricey. After a hoof ulcer, the hooves, especially that one hoof, could use some extra support. For a picky eater, finding an appropriate supplement is not always easy. He eats it well and there are noticeable results. Only downside is the price.
