I was looking for a high neck available right away, I came across this one. Only used for two days so far, with non-stop rain: it's not taking on water at the moment. The cut is quite good, the high neck stays in place. To compare, the Horeseware fits better on my barrels but this one still fits better than the lower priced covers (riding world, etc.). I'm not a fan of the mini fleece border at the top of the high neck: it's constantly soaked with water.

While looking for highneck rain blankets I came across this Catago Justin. The strong 600D ripstop quality fabric can take a beating, which is nice, especially if several horses are in the pasture together. I needed three in sizes 135/185 and 145/195 and was pleasantly surprised when I unpacked them. They fit perfectly because they are easily adjustable with the chest straps. Once adjusted to the correct size for each horse, you can easily fasten and loosen them with the handy quick-release fastener. The extra high highneck is great against rain. The horses are always outside and other blankets with a lower neck often caused chafing on the withers. It would have been even nicer if it had had a fleece lining, but all in all it is a nice waterproof blanket for a good price, especially if you need several. Highly recommended.
