Carr & Day & Martin Leather Oil V&P Neatsfood Compound 500ml

I make small utensils from saddle leather, such as key rings, wallets, candle holders, belts, etc. I use the leather oil to color everything brown: nice and even, looks good. And I also repair leather objects. The leather strap of my binoculars was crumbly and brittle. After treatment with this compound, the belt is completely flexible again and in good condition.

This oil is almost magical. I had a huge old bridle that has been dusting in an old shed for years. The leather was rock hard. After greasing well twice, the leather was supple and the cracks were gone. It gives a nice shine to the leather. It is a compound, not pure neatsfoot oil. Because it is diluted with another oil, it does not have the extreme effect. This can be a plus! Not suitable for nubuck.
