I have a little mare who gets stressed very quickly, I bought her this hat and the few sessions where I used it I really saw a difference: a more calm, more concentrated mare (i.e. I combine it with dyon blinders) Negative point for my mare's case is that as soon as she shakes her head the cap falls off even if it was firmly stuck
