Easy to fasten with the Velcro and also stays in place during trailer ride. I use it for my d-pony which I rub the trailer against the rear rod with her tail. Since I use this protector, I no longer suffer from pieces of chafed tail.

Product fits well and stays on well. It's just a shame that the opening of the bag is on the side of the horse, because of this dirt can still get into the bag... tail is easy to insert if there is a braid in it, tail is loose, which is a bit of a mess.

The tail guard is made of a very soft material, but it is slippery and does not fit on the horse's tail. There is no ring to attach it to a blanket for example.
