Got the blanket on sale. My pony sweats very easily - the blanket does what it is supposed to do and does it very well. The material is similar to that of a towel. The fit is really great. The only (real) drawback: it actually attracts (as also described) any dirt. I would therefore never put him in the paddock or box with it.

Considering that it's not much more expensive than branded fleece sweat blankets, for example, it can do quite a lot! I was skeptical at first and couldn't believe the promise, but the blanket dries my unclipped horse much faster. Within a maximum of 20 minutes (which he stands at the grooming station after work anyway to eat and scratch hooves) the horse's neck and back are dry. Only the lower flanks and the front leg, where the blanket does not fit well, take much longer to dry. The blanket is dry after removing it, so it can be put back in the packaging immediately and doesn't get dirty at all (straw/hay/dirt). I am very enthusiastic and like to use it on a heavily sweaty horse :)
