You can clearly see the difference after a month of use and a proper training schedule.

clear and visible effect you really notice that the muscles grow and the horse looks better, they don't get any hotter, which is also nice!

Lid does not come off smoothly. Been using it for a while now.. I don't see any difference..

Good supplement. Horse eats it well and results can be seen in the muscles
