My horse had been suffering from flat manure for quite some time, no supplement helped against this (no sand/worm infections). Pavo Guthealth seemed to give some improvement, but it certainly didn't work miracles.

My horse has a very sensitive stomach. On every blade of hay that is different, he can already give a reaction by means of thin manure or a swollen belly. I started feeding this because of the transition to the meadow and he has never had any problems. That is really a first! I think I will continue to do this because I notice that his manure is much better anyway, since I started adding this. 1 big minus: the packaging is worthless. You can hardly open the lid. I keep having to use a hoof pick to get the lid off. Not to, so I toss it in a closed supplement bucket.
