I purchased this product after a tendon injury from my pony. I find it very easy to use with the pump. I now use it almost every day after driving. I believe that good cooling with cold water is better, but I see this as a very good and fine addition! I recommend this product to everyone because prevention is better than cure and horses and ponies due to overheating of the tendons after a heavy training risk of a tendon injury. Good cooling can prevent this.

Nice and easy to use, I've used it for tendon injury, but it stays cool a bit longer than just cooling it with water.
