I often forgot to turn off the tap because I was going to do other jobs while the water basin was filling. This is no longer a problem. It will spread by itself. If the water container is completely empty, the fuller will not work. Then the floater hangs vertically down and cannot shut off when filling. The float must remain at an angle.
