Parcel arrived intact But poor quality pegs, broken during installation, I had to buy others (expanding pegs € 4 for 4) Clear and simple instructions, need help for assembly

This scratching post looks very nice and takes up less space, I get a lot of positive responses. And most importantly the cats are happy with it!

Our Ragdoll is very satisfied with her scratching post. She can happily send out a share of the crab. The baskets offer sufficient support for this breed, it is also very modern in house.

The instructions were quite vague but managed to complete assembly quite quickly. My cat really does love it! She took to it straight away; in fact I had to put her in the other room to stop her trying to climb on and play with it whilst I was putting it together! It looks really good on the wall, almost like a wall art and really is a lovely feature in my front room. I hope Kerbl make some different cushions that you can buy separately as these ones are a little thin and could be much better quality compared to the rest of the product. But overall I'm really very impressed with the overall finish of this wall mounted cat tree. I would recommend.

My cats and I are very happy with new scratching post. Easy to put together if you follow the instructions carefully. The plugs / screws with which the pole is attached to the wall are a bit short (screw thread can be tightened just twice), we have an extra screw for security and stability because the walls are not completely flat. Because of this, the "house" of the pole probably touches the wall, but even with straight walls I think you have very little clearance between the wall and the pile house. I'm going to stick a rubber pad here, because the house is always popping up against the wall when my cats use the post. The pole itself is very beautiful. The wood is untreated, which I think is beautiful. The pole occupies little space, perfect for people (and cats) who live small. The pole was immediately used by the cats here.

I have 2 of these scratching posts in my small-scale cat board. Specially chosen because it is attached to the wall, so it is easier to clean with the floor. The rugs are also easy to wash, so very nice to keep clean. The disadvantage is that the dresses shift more often, because it is fastened with Velcro. It would be better to attach more Velcro to it.
