Very nice to use, safety first! Even if you can ride well, it is very nice for your saddle. For example: especially when riding outside alone and your horse is startled and runs off at a gallop. That one strap makes so much difference! you can grab it, restore yourself to your balance and then grab your horse again! I would recommend it to everyone, safety comes first. Definitely not in the way, extra help if needed.
