use it because I have 1cm length difference with my legs so I had a laugh and because of these insoles it is solved and in my case I can put 2 shoes in a sole for a nice price

Heels are about 1cm high and have a good price-quality ratio. They are comfortable to use and do not slide through the adhesive strip at the bottom.
