Fine, sturdy, warm boots made of sturdy leather. They also run smoothly. This is the 3rd pair that I buy (will last with me, with intensive use, about 5 years). A vulnerable point is the zipper, but that is with all boots where the zipper is at the back. And in water, the zipper is of course not waterproof (you will not notice it with rain, but if you go into deep water with your pair, they will leak at the zipper), furthermore these boots are 100% waterproof and will remain so. They require little maintenance.

the boots are very roomy at the calf. If you have narrow calves, this product will not fit. I'm going to try them in size 38.

I have had Mountain Horse boots for years ... These cost a quarter of the Spring River boots and it shows. The fit is awful. Bulky boot, way too wide on the foot. Even makes a popping sound when I walk. Once but never again ....
