Got head-shy mule so mad that he accepts to have it put on and off. He is happy with it, keeps it on all day.

Horses keep it on well.. unfortunately it breaks quickly.. starts to tear at the edge.. after only a few weeks..

Piece for the eyes was a bit limp and came very close to the eyes. Horse didn't like this very much

The fly mask is made of sturdy mesh, which keeps it in shape and does not press against the eyes. It can be used with or without a halter and is easy to attach. The edges are soft, which prevents the mask from chafing. Nice, solid mask for a great price!

Nice fly hood, easy to put on and made of sturdy material. I've been using this version without ears for 7 years, horses run in herd burned so they can take a beating! Horses are attached to it and sometimes they go out but not broken. Horses also like to wear them, easy to put on with wonderfully wide Velcro. The soft edges make them Go damage to the skin, even if they go on and off every day. Easy to clean just in the washing machine or in summer in soapy water with lemon wax.

Last season we bought these fly masks and we liked them very much! Due to a new horse with a bigger head, bought a new one in a larger size, but last year's fly masks are still intact and in use! Highly recommended! If in doubt I would order a size larger.
