My horse has been wearing this since March 2020 due to laminitis. It works very well, she got used to it quickly. The shape is nicely ergonomic, the Velcro strong, but releases well with sudden high pressure. Immediately at the bottom of her chin, I glued a soft felt cushion in it, which stays in place, because she quickly got an open wound there. Maybe an idea, not to make a hole there because of chafing the skin.
