My mare does not have a standard size, either they are too wide at the neck and cut into the crest of the mane or they are too small. This blanket fits very well.

Nice cover, sturdy material. Ankle belly flaps are on 2 sides and rather on the long side.

I bought this blanket because my pony lays down in its own excrement. His whole belly was always dirty, really a hassle to wash him every week in such cold weather, but with this blanket his belly is no longer dirty (the blanket does after a while) Really great and on top of that an affordable price. Just ordered another one to swap. I have also washed blankets and they came out as good as new! Had them for about a month and still nothing broken! what is also handy is that there is a stretcher behind the butt instead of two straps around the legs. Those straps always broke in the past, now I don't suffer from them anymore! Highly recommended!

Very nice, cheap and fitting blanket, you are visible in the dark and your horse stays dry!
