Since a while I use the Equestic. Nice to gain insight into my training and see if my feeling is correct in terms of distribution of left / right and time per course. It is also interesting to see how symmetrical my horse is, and the difference in symmetry under the saddle and loose, under the saddle he was much more symmetrical. It was also nice to see an overview of the training and the outcomes per training. However, in order to be able to interpret the data correctly, I am missing averages / normal values where you can compare your horse to see where you are. Now it stays with gross facts that you can not do very much with. I have contacted Equestic here to find out if they have this information. I got the answer that they are building something in the app where you can compare your training / horse with others of the same level. So it is coming. In my opinion it is not finished yet, but it does have the potential to become a very interesting addition to your training. I wonder how it develops further. The service was in any case good and I had very quick response from Equestic to my questions. However, I have to keep my phone in my pocket to keep the connection good, I found this a minus. The clip stays super during training sessions.

I find the clip very useful to follow the progress in the training. You can easily see whether you are driving as much on the 2 hands and how long in which hallway.

I think the saddle clip is a handy gadget. Nice to watch and analyze my training. Very interesting. The connection is not always smooth. It is a very sensitive product, this is certainly a plus, but also a disadvantage. I often get the message that the clip is not stable, often when I want to connect. It is then necessary to make a stationary connection that does not go on foot.

The equestic saddle clip is easy to attach to your saddle and, for my feeling, it also does not fall off. When you turn on the saddle clip, it beeps 5 times clearly, but not in a way that scares your horse. While driving you are in no way bothered by the saddle clip, but I find it annoying to carry my phone with me while driving. When I did not have my phone with me, the distance was probably too big so the saddle clip did not work. After the training you turn off the saddle clip and it takes a while before the data is processed. This gives you a nice opportunity to saddle your horse and to take care of it. Then you can view the details of your training on the app. I find it especially nice that you can see if you have driven about the same amount of left and right and also the symmetry in stroke I find a valuable measurement. You normally train on feeling and it is nice that your training with the saddle clip becomes measurable. This way you can see if your training improves and you become aware of it, for example, if you have trained more to the left than the right.

Good system to follow your training, if you can keep connection with your phone. Yes, I say as ... With some phones the connection is a lot disappointing. Very good software.
