It is a very fine grater, I still enjoy it after 1.5 years. It is obviously less sharp now but I still use it daily.

This hoof rasp is just good enough for hoof edge to be auctioned a little bit if the bit is uneven. Not a fine / handy grater to do the entire hooves after trimming. Holding it too clumsily. Too blunt. Then it is not optimal quality. Do not recommend him if you trim the hooves yourself!

Handy for trimming the hooves yourself on smaller horses when there is not much room to work under the belly with longer files. Started to rust quickly despite dry storage.
