The gaiters are very sturdy. My daughter uses them very often for her pony, mostly off-road. The color remains intense even after prolonged use. Easy to put on. Velcro fasteners hold up well.

the color differs somewhat from the cover, the cover in bite red is a bit more pink and it would have been nice if they had a kind of 'notch' at the top.
