In the description, at the end we understand that the hot and cold packs are sold with, since it is written: more hot and cold, after the description of the gaiters. Apart from bad surprises upon receipt, the packs must be ordered separately, and when I placed my order, nothing advised me to order the hot cold packs, which are used with the gaiters! So I have the gaiters but not the packs that are used with them !! if I place an order again, I have the shipping costs again and several days of waiting before I can finally use the gaiters. The description is poorly translated !!! It should be specified that it is necessary to order the packs which go with more !!
