Very nice to wear with stiff muscles, have worn it daily for a few weeks for my lower back which was painful, very comfortable and you take it off automatically when it no longer appears to be necessary! I bought the S size with narrow closure, stays in place well !!

I have had this back warmer for several weeks now and it seems to be helping my lower back pain indeed. It fits fine, although it is a bit stuffy under my jeans during work. This is fine in winter. I like the back strap with the narrow front more than the one with the wide front. I thought the wide front was too supportive and that's not what I bought it for. I did not buy it for support, but for the warmth and effect of the fabric. I don't wear him on horseback.

Bought for grandma. She had a lot of problems with her back and tied her back on track scarf around her back. But of course that did not last. She was very happy with this back protector. Remains in place and she is finally relieved of her back pain!
