It was important to me that the fly rug had a good fit (it was rather large) and didn't slip, that the neck part was removable and that it offered abrasion protection in the shoulder/chest area. The ceiling combines all of these properties. The material feels pleasantly soft and does not scratch like sometimes with cheaper blanket models. We are satisfied.

I have several horses and since 2 years I have made the switch to these fly rugs they have a very good fit for my horses. Runs a bit large so my advice is to take it a size smaller
