Not very easy to insert the bolt with a nut in the middle of the insulator, but with a good dose of patience it worked. The 2nd nut is fixed below. Then the insulator is very solid and rigid. Very handy for fence locations where 3 wires come together. At home I hang the door handles on it; it holds well.
