The packaging of the whole was not optimal so that the whetstone was broken, After a phone call with the customer service I sent a mail with a photo of the damage. The customer service has sent a new whetstone on the basis of the mail with photo, without having to return the broken whetstone. 2 days later I received the undamaged whetstone.
