It is a super nice sturdy feeder. Unfortunately I had to return it because it was not wide enough for the nose of my 2 year old mare. Because the food bowl is deep, she stuck her head well in to get to the food. Unfortunately, she could no longer open and close her mouth because her nose and jaws touched the edge. She should have eaten more crosswise. So unfortunately had to send the box back.
