The delivery and the price were perfect, but the product - a bag for my western saddle - did not work at all. It makes sense to be put on the apple, but the hole is way too small. Nowhere in the advertisement for the product is it written that the saddlebag is intended for pony saddles and that the size of the apple must be checked; the size of the hole is not given either. I tried several days to get in touch with the Agrandi after-sales service but understood that it does not exist. I ended up cutting the saddlebag with a knife so I could use it a bit ready. (Product description: Double canvas pouch lined with nylon to slip over the saddle button of a western saddle. 21 cm high, 19 cm wide, 8 cm deep with flap with velcro closure.)
