Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

If all items in your order are in stock, we usually ship your order on the same business day. Have you ordered items with a delivery time of several business days? Then your order cannot be shipped immediately because it is not yet complete and/or due to high activity in the warehouse.
After shipment, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery of your package.

 

Where is my order?
When you log in to agradi.nl you can view your order yourself. Here you will find the status and the expected delivery time. If your order has already been sent, it will be delivered as soon as possible. You can track your order with your Track & Trace code (which you will receive by email). This is only active in the evening of the day of dispatch.
Can I arrange a time of delivery?
Unfortunately this is not possible for DPD. They plan their own routes.
This is possible for Sanders Fritom. You will always be contacted about delivery options and delivery times.

Does Agradi also deliver on weekends?
Saturday deliveries are also possible via DPD.
Can I have the order delivered to a different address?
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust this for you, please contact us via email; customer service@agradi.nl or call 085-88 88 049.
How often is the order offered?
The order is offered twice within the Netherlands and then taken to a parcel shop where it remains for 7 days. Within Belgium, a parcel is only offered once before being taken to a parcel shop.
Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, we are not allowed to carry out any shopping activities at our address.
Who will deliver the order?
Our regular orders are delivered with DPD and Chronopost
Large or heavy orders will be delivered via Sanders Fritom.
Large parcel delivery

All larger packages (such as wheelbarrows, etc.) are delivered by specially arranged transport. If this is the case, you will be emailed in advance to make an appointment when the package can be delivered to you. If you are not at home when Sanders Fritom delivers, you are expected to contribute to the costs incurred (€25). When the item is delivered directly from a supplier, these costs may differ.

Delivery of your parcel to a DPD Parcelshop
For successful delivery to a DPD Parcelshop, your parcel must meet the following conditions:

Maximum length: 100 cm
Maximum size: 250 cm (calculated as length + 2 x width + 2 x height)
Maximum weight: 20 kg

Please note: parcels outside the limits
Does your parcel not meet the above dimensions or maximum weight? Then it cannot be delivered to the Parcelshop. In that case, DPD will deliver your parcel directly to the recipient's delivery address.

 

Does Agradi also deliver abroad?

Of course! From agradi.nl orders can be sent to the Netherlands and Belgium, agradi.de ships to Germany, Austria and Luxembourg, agradi.fr ships to Belgium and France and agradi.com has the option to ship to Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark , Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden. 

International delivery charges

To cover the costs of shipping we have to, unfortunately, charge a shipping fee. The amount of this fee depends on the country that you want to ship to. We also have free shipping from a minimum order amount which also depends on the country. Please see the tabel below to find an overview of shipping fees, free shipping and delivery time.
