I installed two of these hay racks for my two goats. And they can easily get by with this for a few days, with little mess. They can easily reach the hay without biting too much out of it. Quality is good, sturdy, I have a big buck that rams everything first and examines it with his horns. Both racks withstood this well.

Handy hay rack for my 4 kids. The meshes are just right, so I waste less hay!
