Easy cleaning like all jaws, rinse after each use, it is easily cleaned with water. 3 years of use and it hasn't moved.

Very nice bit, unfortunately it squeaks a lot despite the fact that I put it in sunflower oil

Got this bit on my sensitive gelding. He can get a little strong, but stayed with me so that I could always soften in my hand.
