This is a great product (I have had this for years in my garages). Unluckily there are a few 'soft' parts (including the push element). With a touch of frost, this goes. Are these parts also available freely?

Product is certainly good. That is certainly recommended. However, the handling of an order was a lengthy hassle. You wait for entire order when you are in stock. A big week, the customer has to wait !!
