The net is sufficient for a small portion of hay or straw - I affectionately call it "stuffing the backpack". After a few fillings, it takes on a good shape, making stuffing easier. In addition, the material is very durable. The meshes are also big enough for the horse to eat out of. The hanging rope is also long enough so that it can be attached at a suitable height.

Very nice and sturdy that's why I have 6 of them in blue, pink and orange! Absolutely love those colors!
