I'm totally convinced of the micklem, my horses are doing very well. It has a good quality

I rode this bridle for a very long time. It worked reasonably well with my horse, it was nicer in the hand than a normal bridle. I find the execution very nice, only the nose part is very stiff and does not bend well with the nose. Also a shame that no reins are supplied. Eventually I switched to a low noseband and that suits me much better .. But certainly a nice bridle !!!

Very beautiful and nice bridle. Nice appearance and a nice horse. Ordered full for my e-pony size and that fits just fine, so it is on the small side.

I ordered a Micklem Deluxe Competition bridle in size full for my 1.64 horse. According to the table, that should be the right size. Unfortunately that was not the case. The noseband was way too low and that could not be solved by making the baking pieces (to which the noseband is attached) a few holes higher, because if you did, the bit would be much higher. Because the bit with straps is attached to, say, the baking pieces to which the noseband is attached, you have limited adjustment options. You can make those bit straps a bit longer and a little shorter, but not enough for my horse. I found the quality reasonable; the leather is a bit stiff. It looks fine; simple but stylish with the stitching. I think I'm going to try mate cob.

Learn a bit stiff at the start but after a while good leather oil is much smoother. browband replaced some crab with another one

Very good fit, long durability. Unfortunately, the leather is a bit rigid at first, but that will go away after a while. Overall, a very good bridle.
