we have bought these pliers for fixing our irons, if they would come off during a walk or on a weekend trip to the forest or sea. the first time we used these tongs we were disappointed. the pliers are very sturdy but not at all handy and we did not get our irons fixed. afterwards also tried without success while this with our smith his pliers succeed us.

Very fine tongs when the nails come out a bit more. Is well in hand.
