Milk is easy to dose and to apply well (absorbs easily). Doesn't smell too strong. Be careful with the cap, it breaks easily.

Bought for my horse on physio's advice when a tendon injury was diagnosed. Massage daily. Note, the milk is a bit thin, so pour carefully from the bottle.

Can hardly judge if it works, stuff is too thin so you can easily mess with it.
